Very nice restaurant, amazing sushi and good price! I loved the ambience of the restaurant, it feels like a travel back in time. And the chef was very nice and polite, thank you for the hospitality!

The sushi had an amazing taste to it, the prices are fair and the service is quick. The atmosphere both promoted conversation but also let you focus on the food.
The only downside is that the layout of the restaurant is kind of confusing. The ground floor is mostly a place where you chose what to eat between a range of different types of premade food (all of it being mostly Chinese and Japanese), and either eat it there on the tables of the ground floor, or take your food and eat it wherever you want. The first floor though is mostly dedicated to sushi and works more like your typical restaurant, where you have a menu and you chose what to eat (and what you chose is prepared right there and then, like a normal restaurant, as I said before) (photos of the menu included in the review).

J'y suis allée par hasard. Immense salle très vide, j'ai eu un peu peur. Serveur/Cuisinier très sympa. au petit soins. Sushi excellents et super rapport qualité prix : J'ai bien fait de rester, je recommande.

I went there by chance. The room was huge and very empty, so I was a little scared. The waiter/chef was very friendly and attentive. Excellent sushi and great value for money: I was glad I stayed, I recommend it.

Entramos con pocas expectativas porque el local es un poco decadente, pero hemos salido gratamente sorprendidos. El sushi es abundante y muy rico, en particular los niguiris me han encantado. El cocinero se encargaba también de atender a las mesas y es muy agradable y educado. :)

We went in with low expectations because the place is a bit rundown, but we were pleasantly surprised. The sushi is plentiful and delicious, and I particularly loved the nigiri. The chef also served the tables and was very pleasant and polite. :)

I've been to this restaurant several times (at least once a week), and what can I say... it's incredible. The staff is lovely and friendly, the decor is very warm, and the value for money is extraordinary. The food is excellent, fresh, and lovingly prepared right before our eyes. It's as beautiful as it is delicious. I've recommended this restaurant to my student friends; it's a real bargain considering the budget! Thank you so much! :D

Le meilleur rapport qualité prix de tout Toulouse ! Ajouté à cela, le décors est très doux et intimiste et repas présenté sur un petit pont japonais. Le personnel est très attentif et à nos petits soins. C'est mon restaurant de sushi favoris 🍣💚

Toujours le meilleur sushi de Toulouse. Le poisson est très frais, et le riz est cuisiné le jour même. Le chef prépare de belles pièces, bien au-dessus des sushis cubiques et tout froids des chaînes concurentes. Le menu Hana présente une grande variété. Cela fait 10 ans que j'y mange régulièrement, surtout le soir, il y a toujours de la place. On peut même appeler en avance pour commander à emporter.

Still the best sushi in Toulouse. The fish is very fresh, and the rice is cooked the same day. The chef prepares beautiful pieces, far superior to the cube-shaped, cold sushi at competing chains. The Hana menu offers a wide variety. I've been eating there regularly for 10 years, especially in the evening; there's always room. You can even call ahead to order takeout.
